This contains some facilities and features for users to submit/edit their materials. If the submissions contain offensive,harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate material, or in some cases, mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive, we reserve the right to reject such materials.
The rewards/prizes/cash given in whatsoever form are fully at the discretion of Codersource.net. No claims can be made if the prizes/rewards are of less value or not delivered. Though Codersource.net will take sincere efforts to deliver such rewards, we will not be responsible for any losses due to damage, postal transit losses, inability to deliver by Codersource.net due to any reasons.
The mode of delivery of the prizes is at the discretion of codersource.net. The mode of delivery (if the prizes are in cash) may be in the form of Cheques(for Indians), PayPal or any other mode as decided by Codersource.net. Any transaction costs, postal charges, exchange rate losses or collection charges in any form due to the prizes are to be borne by the recepient. Codersource.net will not take any responsibility in such costs. In case the receiver does not have a paypal account or any account which is needed to claim the prize, it is the complete responsibility of the prize receiver to either open an account or he/she can deny/refuse to accept the prize received. In case the receiver denies/rejects the prizes, codersource.net will take no responsibility to give the prize in any other format.
Codersource.net's Rights. If Codersource.net discovers materials/articles that allegedly do not conform to any term of this Agreement, Codersource.net may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the material. Codersource.net will have no liability or responsibility for performance or non-performance of such activities. Codersource.net reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to any or all
of the pages in the website at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Any dispute resolutions regarding the prizes/rewards in any form, will finally be at the discretion of Codersource.net website.
Privacy. Your email addresses will not be shared to any other third parties and will not be used for spamming. However if agreed it might be used for sending the Codersource.net's newsletters, which may be in some regular intervals as decided by Codersource.net. You may if you wish, choose not to recieve such materials by deselecting the NewsLetters option from the Settings page of your account.
